Jiu Jitsu Submissions

With all the hype of UFC 92 I've decided to post a blog about Jiu Jitsu Submissions. UFC 92 of course didn't feature any tapouts lol but I thought it would be fun to post this because Jiu Jitsu is growing and will only get bigger. Jiu Jitsu submissions are a great way to win a MMA fight, in fact and I'll probably make some people angry with this post, if Forrest Griffin hadn't of broke his hand before being taken down I really think he would have caught Rashad Evans in a submission. I want to recommend some a great training guide to help people out with their Jiu Jitsu Submissions.

This is the ultimate submission guide. 1001 submissions, is a great book with over 800 pages and 5000 pictures to show you the way the moves are performed. Its a great book and is a great reference guide. To me its worth having just to read the that bus stop or when I get some free time at work.
